In terms of product quality, the quality of the indoor door produced fully meets the acceptance standard. The positive and negative tolerances of the product are controlled within the acceptance standard of the indoor door quality. After mass production, the current product structure is stable, with smooth edges, corners, faces and burrs, uniform paint color and no obvious color difference, and uniform door frame thickness without warping and deformation.

In terms of finished product management, our company places the specifications and types of finished products in different categories, and manages the circulation of finished products in a first-in, first-out manner, effectively avoiding the disadvantages of finished products being stored for too long, thus effectively improving the utilization rate of storage and reducing the quality problems caused by the long backlog of products.

The factory has been put into operation for more than a year, and all aspects of production have gradually matured, and there is a lot of room for improvement. The factory is now mainly supporting some businesses of Evergrande Real Estate and other domestic engineering businesses. In order to meet the needs of business development, the factory will continue to build Phase II and Phase III plants.
